Coffee Retail Menu

Sacarellos Coffee RetailSince 1888 the Sacarellos have developed their expertise in buying the choicest raw coffee beans, roasting and blending them weekly in Gibraltar. Patrick and Richard have pleasure in disclosing their ‘personal coffee menu’.  For retail enquiries, visit the Sacarello Coffee retail website.

Coffees vary in taste due to type (Arabica or Robusta) as well as their origin and location. Roasting has a huge effect on flavour. One general tip is the darker the roast the stronger the coffee (and possibly bitter when the beans are covered in oil). Conversely, the lighter the roast, the more acidic the coffee will taste.
