Patrick Sacarello and Rocio Ramos (Senior Waitress) visited The London Café Festival recently.   London is fast becoming a leading centre for coffee excellence.

As a result some new ideas will be adopted by Sacarello’s such as ‘The Flat White’ and improvements in ‘Latte Art.’

An Art Exhibition by George Panturu will be opened by the Minister Stephen Linares on Monday 21st May at 7.30pm. All are welcome.
The exhibition will continue into June.

Two of our cooks Juan and Juan Carlos are attending a Masterclass on ‘Cocina de Cuchara’ by Manolo Lozano at his cortijo in Tarifa.

We have just received a new Consignment of Wilkin Jams and Marmalades.
